This policy explains how HOHEN handles personal information on hohen.net and in the conversations that start there.

What we collect

The website has no forms, accounts or tracking cookies. We only receive what you choose to send us by email or WhatsApp, typically:

• Your name, company, job title and contact details
• Your market, product category, volumes and other business information you share

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry
• To assess and propose a match between a buyer and a supplier
• To carry out the deal you agree to, including samples, documents and shipping

Who we share it with

We introduce your company to a counterparty only after you agree to that introduction. We do not sell personal information. Services that handle data on our behalf:

• Zoho Mail (email)
• WhatsApp, operated by Meta (messaging)
• Cloudflare (website hosting and security; it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site)

These services may store data outside Korea, including in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where a law requires it (for example, transaction records). You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the use of your personal information at any time. Write to admin@hohen.net and we will reply within 10 days.

HOHEN은 hohen.net 및 이를 통해 시작된 문의 과정에서 받는 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

웹사이트에는 입력 양식, 회원가입, 추적용 쿠키가 없습니다. 이용자가 이메일이나 WhatsApp으로 직접 보내 주신 정보만 받습니다.

• 성명, 회사명, 직함, 연락처
• 목표 시장, 제품 분야, 물량 등 이용자가 제공한 사업 정보

2. 이용 목적

• 문의에 대한 회신
• 바이어와 공급사 간 매칭 검토 및 제안
• 합의한 거래의 진행(샘플, 서류, 배송 등)

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

거래 상대방에게는 이용자가 소개에 동의한 경우에만 회사 정보를 제공하며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 업무 처리를 위해 아래 서비스를 이용합니다.

• Zoho Mail — 이메일
• WhatsApp(Meta) — 메신저
• Cloudflare — 웹사이트 호스팅 및 보안(사이트 제공·보호를 위해 IP 주소 등 기술 정보를 처리)

위 서비스는 미국, 유럽연합 등 국외에 정보를 저장할 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 기간

문의 기록은 마지막 연락일로부터 최대 3년간 보관하며, 거래 기록 등 법령이 보존을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 요청하시면 더 일찍 삭제합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. admin@hohen.net으로 요청하시면 10일 이내에 회신합니다.
